You can select our services below, and make an appointment. One of our Veterinarians will come to your location at the selected time. Payment must be made at the time of booking via Momo. You can reach out to us directly for more details.
Online Appointment
Convenient online appointments with our user-friendly platform. Scheduling your pet's next visit has never been easier—simply select the service, the preferred date and time, and you're all set!
Momo Payment
Once you made an appointment for one of our mobile services, you will receive an email with a payment request. We accept payment via Momo.
You can pay before or at the beginning of your appointment.
Please note! Transportation fee of 3,000 RWF will apply on site to the Vet!
Registering multiple pets
If you have multiple pets, you can make multiple bookings, right after each other. If you have more than 3 pets, please contact us directly so we can assign a Vet to you.
Refund, Reschedule
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
